organizers who create additional organizations they no longer use or need are asking for a way to delete these.

I've had two requests this week for this. IMO, there would be a way to
1) DELETE an org (with 0 ticket sales or used as a test org - completely deletes on the backend)
2) DEACTIVATE activate an org (marks them as "deactivated" + prevents users from creating a new event - like a "view-only" mode)
3) ARCHIVE an org (Allows the removal of an owner + deactivates the account but Posh can still view Dashboard on the backend)
