The goal is they want to be able to see which of their "Kickback affiliates" generated the most orders and ticket sales.

Alot of people sign up for kickbacks, yet many falloff or never complete enabling payouts. There should be a way to direct message affiliates within kickback and also have admin control on their affiliate links.

How is it sooo hard to access an Affiliate's contact information from the Kickback page?

I'd like to access that affiliate's information so that I can invite him as an affiliate on my other events! Let us try to sell more tickets plssss

Splash Days is hosting a massive Labor Day weekend event and duplicated its last one to create this one. However, they just realized that their Kickback offers didn't duplicate over. Their feedback is that Kickback duplicates when they duplicate an event.

Kickback is still promoting my commission for GA1 but that has been long off sale. Can it default to the most popular, or highest available Public Offer that's on sale? If it's off sale, it shouldn't appear here on the ticket page anymore. Screenshot attached:

Organizer would like to be able to send a link to the affiliate partner who will be using the kickback offer, versus requiring the organizer to hunt for the invite in their email

The attendee reached out and requested to change their Kickback link. We noticed that their linked is based on their username. After changing the username, their link is still their old username.

I tested Kickback by giving myself a Kickback Affiliate offer. I noticed that when I receive the email invite and click into the Kickback dashboard, it says "Connect Your Card." However, when I was brought into Stripe onboarding, it had me connect my bank account. I would recommend adjusting this language to "Connect Your Bank Account".

Also, I would presume that new folks added to Kickback offers might not realize that they have to go through an entire Stripe onboarding which might lead to drop-off in getting fully set up. I would suggest we include more instructions in the Kickback invite email or on the Kickback dashboard to more fully explain how to get confirmed with Kickback.

Lastly, I don't think organizers know what happens when they turn on Kickback. I imagine screenshots and demo videos will live in PoshU in the future, but it's definitely been an area of confusion from organizers that I have met with - what is Kickback, how does it work, what does the setup process look like, what does it look like once setup is complete, and what is the Kickback fee. I can definitely help walk through this with them as a CSM, but I think there's a missed opportunity for education either in the platform directly, perhaps could include a pop-up demo video or link to a PoshU article.
